From my own experience I tell al the girls concerned about their weight that think that this is the way to go: Just don’t do it. You can lose weight in the healthy way. This will slowly take your life away and it is not cool at all. Stop browsing around these stupid pro ana and thinspo tumbleblogs because they do hurt so much. Most of their photos are most likely photoshopped.
You all are beautiful they way you are. No one deserves to live like this.
